We include a 6-person golf cart with driver for a 5-hour period to transport your guests from our parking area to and from ceremony and reception sites. You may purchase additional hours at a rate of $40 per hour.

Eden will provide 2 parking attendants for a 2-hour period for $150 plus tax. We REQUIRE parking attendants at any wedding where more than 125 cars will be parked.

Eden now includes a covered trash dumpster with your venue rental. All trash MUST BE cleaned up and disposed of in the dumpster at the end of your event.

Eden can provide a 3 stall LUXURY RESTROOM TRAILER for a fee of $1100 plus tax. THIS IS A REQUIRED RENTAL FOR ANY EVENTS WHERE MORE THAN 250 GUESTS ARE EXPECTED.

Eden offers up to (2) bronze colored mushroom-style heaters with propane for $75 each. Eden staff will have these set up and light them during your event.

Eden has 3 gas fire pits located on the patio beside the barn - these are a great source of heat in winter, and ambiance during other seasons. We charge $300 to use all 3 of these for 5 hours at your reception.

Eden includes 200 chairs (in a choice of 3 types) and a variety of tables with the venue rate.

If you need more than the included 200 chairs, Eden can furnish up to 200 additional chairs in a choice of 2 other styles for $3 each plus tax.

Eden can provide a set of wooden barn doors for the bride to make her big entrance through. We will set up these doors the morning of your ceremony in the location you pick, We charge $300 plus tax for this service.
